How do you use it?

4. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant before the first insertion; this will make insertion easier.
5. It is advisable to find the most comfortable position to facilitate insertion.
6. Hold the cup with your fingers and compress it into the lowest possible position, then insert it obliquely into the vagina towards the bottom. The vaginal cup should be inserted lower than a tampon.
7. After inserting it into the vagina, release it and let it unfold; it will automatically adapt to the vaginal wall.
