How do I use NINACUP?

- Fold it into a U shape.
- Separate your lips with your other hand and insert the cup as shown in the photo.
How do I remove it?
- Clean your hands.
- Get into a comfortable position.
- Insert two fingers and pull on the handle, removing it slowly.
- Clean the glass with water and pH-neutral soap (unscented).
- Ready to use again.
