Return Period

Conditions for Accepting a Return

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, complete and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

For hygiene and health protection reasons,returns cannot be accepted for sealed products that have been opened after delivery where, due to their nature, they are unsuitable for return once the seal has been removed.

Once we have reviewed your request, you will receive the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, or an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The time it takes for the funds to become available may vary depending on the payment method and the payment service provider.

Return Costs

Where a return is made at the customer’s discretion, the return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

If the product is faulty, damaged or was sent incorrectly, the costs associated with resolving the issue will be covered by LEKYSHA, where applicable.
